The Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) will conduct the DRA certificate exam on June 6, 2026 for the April-June 2026 cycle. DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) exam is a mandatory certification exam to work as a recovery agent in India. Registration for the IIBF DRA Exam June 2026 was closed on May 19, 2026.

For the July-September 2026 cycle, the course registration is scheduled in June 2026. Candidates can apply for the DRA certificate exam in online mode on the official website - iibf.org.in. According to IIBF, it is compulsory for Banks and NBFCs to ensure that within a period of one year all their recovery agents should undergo the required training and obtain DRA certificate from IIBF.
Candidates need to complete the DRA certificate programme in a duration of 50 hours and 100 hours, according to their eligibility. IIBF conducts the DRA exam in online mode every month, from April to September. Candidates are required to pass the examination in three attempts within the period of nine months from the date of completion of training.

Candidates need to collect the admit card for examination from their respective DRA accredited training agencies, one week before the examination date. It is mandatory to carry a print out of IIBF DRA exam admit card along with membership identity card or valid identity card issued by government to the exam centre.
IIBF DRA certificate exam result is released in online mode on the official website. Candidates can download and check their DRA exam result using login credentials. The consolidated mark sheet for candidates completing examinations having more than one subject, will be available on the official website after the declaration of results. Candidates can download the same after entering login credentials using their membership number and edit profile password.
